Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Mellie IPTV on any supported platform. By installing or using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1 — About this app

  • Mellie IPTV is a media player for Xtream Codes and M3U/M3U Plus sources.
  • The app does not include any channels, streams, movies, series, or other media content.
  • You add and manage your own provider credentials or playlist URL.
  • Stream requests are sent directly to the provider you configure; Mellie does not control third-party services.

2 — Lawful use

  • You may only use this app for lawful purposes.
  • Playing illegal, pirated, or copyrighted content without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
  • You are solely responsible for complying with the laws and rights applicable in your country.
  • The developer is not responsible for the content you choose to play or access.

3 — Licence & subscriptions

  • Access to the full app requires a paid licence. A free trial period may be available on first install.
  • LG webOS: lifetime licence purchased through the Mellie activation portal via Stripe. Payment is a one-time charge; no recurring billing unless otherwise stated.
  • iOS (App Store): access may require an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iPhone/iPad Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
  • Licence keys and subscriptions are tied to the purchasing device or account and are non-transferable.

4 — Privacy & data

  • IPTV credentials, favourites, and settings are stored locally on your device.
  • When you connect a provider, server URLs, credentials, and playback requests are sent to that provider.
  • For licence activation and subscription management, your device identifier and related activation data are sent to the Mellie service.

5 — Liability

  • The developer is not liable for content you play or for third-party provider availability or uptime.
  • The app is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • Use of the app is entirely at your own risk.

6 — Changes to these terms

  • These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
  • The effective date at the top of this page reflects the date of the last revision.
